 New Forest (in Spanish "New Forest") is an area in southern England which includes large areas of grassland, heathland and ancient forests, found in the highly populated south east of England. The habitat that is the New Forest covers the southwestern part of South Hampshire and Wiltshire. The portion that includes the New Forest National Park is located in Hampshire, but there are some territory in Wiltshire. Additionally, the New Forest District is a subdivision of Hampshire which covers most of the forest, and some surrounding areas. There are several small towns scattered throughout the area.
The highest point of the New Forest is Piper's Wait, west of Bramshaw. Its summit is located 125 m above sea level.
